What is "SHAKE THE TABLE?"
Shake The Table is comprised of a group of lighthearted ladies whose sole focus is on giving energy to living your best life rather than feeling pressured by outdated ideas. The table symbolizes a place where we convene to discuss the things that have shaped us *and* you, too.
When opinions fall outside of societal standards, we encourage one another, and everyone, to bravely and confidently embrace that without fear, or as we like to call it, “shake the table”. Challenge is good here and food fights are welcome.
Each show is comprised of four main segments: the appetizer, entrée, dessert, and the to-go box. Appetizers are stories, events, or relatable experiences that get us started down the path of introspection. The entrée is the topic of the day where we tie in our appetizer and get full on laughs. The dessert is where one lady will shake the table with her opinion. And last but not least, the to-go box is full of helpful tools to take with you as we all strive to continue growing from the shared experience.

On occasion, when our regular menu just isn’t enough to fill us up, we will put a few extra things on our plates. These segments are:
Send in the Prayer Warriors – Where we send for prayer for a particularly interesting situation
Pick Me of the Week – Where we discuss some funny and not so funny outdated ideas
You OK Sis? – Where we highlight and reflect on the tragic stories of women who have made an impression on us
